Building Rapport with Leaders: Publicis Sapient Employee Feedback

Building rapport with leaders is as important as upskilling yourself.

It’s an essential skill that helps individuals grow and become leaders.

Most organizations enable their employees to reach out to their leaders through emails or forums. Companies like Publicis Sapient encourage their employees to speak out and even have informal conversations with their managers. Events, casual chats, and a lively work environment make a great way to connect with each other.

Recently, Publicis Sapient hosted a breakfast session with global leaders as a part of its Global Townhall and Impact Film screening. Global leaders of the company prepared breakfast for the employees, served them breakfast, and had fun conversations with them. While this is a one-off thing, the company also organizes regular interactive sessions with leaders and employees via town halls and other events. In a year, Publicis Sapient organizes 10+ events.

Following are some events –

1. Strategy Summit – Publicis Sapient organizes the Strategy Summit, where new initiatives are shared. It’s an open forum where employees interact with business leaders, including Nigel Vaz – Global CEO, Publicis Sapient. Events are at the heart of Publicis Sapient’s people-first culture.

2. PRIDE Month – Publicis Sapient celebrates PRIDE month with enthusiasm! It hosts  PRIDE walks across most of its offices. This event is an excellent opportunity for employees to interact with the leaders. You can read more about it in Publicis Sapient employee feedbacks.
