Why summer camp is a big hit among Publicis Sapient employees?

 A weeklong summer camp was organized by Publicis Sapient India in Gurgaon, Noida and Bangalore office locations in May 2022. Parents and kids joined us online for these fun sessions. 

Every June, Indian parents enroll their kid(s) in different paid activities for holistic development during summer break. 

Are you wondering why am I writing all this on a Publicis Sapient reviews website? Because recently a free summer camp was organized by Publicis Sapient India for kids falling in the age group of 3-10 Years.

What is the big deal if Publicis Sapient India is providing free summer camp to its employee's children? Let me enlighten you:

1. Most organizations focus on the work culture, work-life balance and emotional and mental well-being of employees. Similarly, including family relationships in internal initiatives and offerings to people is equally important.
2. As summer break started, parents were hunting for different activities for their kids like reading, dancing, art & craft and DIY experiences. 
3. Many would have even struggled with time issues in external summer camps as they require parents to pick & drop (even if the transport is provided) during crucial meeting timings.
4. And finally, parents may want kids to be free and explore inter-personal conversations with neighborhood kids and cousins. Or you may still be in your hometown, where schools near you do not provide summer camp as per your expectations.

All these problems are solved by the one-week online summer camp provided by PS. I agree once a week is a short time, but the level of activities was good. Instead of simple art & craft, kids of the 6-10 age group made an explosion box card, which was interactive and fun. Making something unexpected always delights kids.

Below are some of the activities as part of 5 days long summer camp:

The level of activities was different for the 3-5 and 6-10 age groups.
