employees of Publicis Sapient can take 22 leaves in a year, which amounts to
almost 1.6 per month. Besides sick leaves, vacation leaves and public
holidays, many emergency and paid leaves are also present. I took three
bereavement leaves last year during the death of my grandmother. Employees
also get 18 paid leaves in their kitty which are transferrable to next
year and can be encashed at the time of leaving. These leaves were extra
and very thoughtful of the leadership team. People can take 1–2-week
vacation leaves annually with pre-planning in the team. I have seen many
people from junior to senior taking annual leaves for two weeks and flying

work: I have always wondered what a good work culture
or a corporate work culture looks like. After coming to Publicis Sapient,
I have seen the openness and freedom of speech in my project. People take
a 1–2-hour break in the office for personal issues such as school,
medical, and bank work and even announce it openly in daily Scrum meetings
so that everyone is in sync. Managers are supportive and empathic of human
needs and personal-professional life mix, leading to fantastic work

- Remote work: Very few
corporates provide truly flexible working environments. Some offices ask
to come to the office three days a week and promote themselves as a

period. I mean, I can go to the office once a month or once in 2 months as
