I graduated from a local engineering college. I didn’t have placement after college. So, I started looking for a job. In three years, I have now become a Media Analyst and worked with numerous marketing projects for Fortune 100 clients. The company encourages everyone in the team to keep learning and growing. There are frequent training sessions to keep us updated with new technologies and platforms. What’s more, there are cross-functional trainings. So, everyone in the team becomes a jack of all trades. Overall, from a learning perspective, I think I have had a great time at Publicis Sapient. Coming to workload, the company is a strong proponent of work-life balance. It encourages employees to prioritize family over work. While there are times, when approaching deadlines can become stressful. Rest of the time, work is manageable. The company has a good leave policy. You can take leaves whenever you want. Unlike other companies, where interns are not allowed leaves or have salary deductions, Publicis Sapient has a very generous leave policy.
Interns don’t merely run errands for managers or do menial work at Publicis Sapient. They’re involved in substantial projects. I, for instance, was involved in writing ad copies. My work helped a client decrease spend on ads by 12% and improved ROI. After three years now, I interact with clients and take care of 3 global brands and their online advertising on Google.
