1. Strict working hours – The official working hours of Publicis Sapient Gurgaon office is 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The entire office adheres to these hours. There are a very few instances where some employees stay back for work. Even if they do, it’s mostly due to an approaching deadline.  

Even though working hours are strict, employees have the flexibility to plan their work according to themselves and prioritize tasks depending on deadlines. No brainer! 

2. High respect for each other’s time – Normally, employees and clients do not send work-related emails requesting urgent changes to work post working hours. Employees are allocated reasonable amount of work, which is humanely possible within the working hours. If there’s more work than time permits, team mates are always up for support. 3.  No micromanagement -- Managers don’t micromanage their subordinates at the smallest position. I have been working at Publicis Sapient for three years now and have never heard anyone complain about their managers unlike other companies where managers can be pesky and continuously oversee their subordinates. 

Overall, Publicis Sapient Gurgaon is a great workplace with a strong work culture, ethics and rules around working hours.
