Now nearly every company throws the term employee-first in their pitch deck. But there’s a big difference between being an employee-first company and saying it. In my six years of work experience, I have worked with three companies and none of them match what Publicis Sapient offers. I work with people who have been here for 10 years and more. Unlike all the places I have worked before, my boss respects time and doesn’t give me unrealistic deadlines. My boss has not called me a single time in the last two years after office hours for work unless it’s necessary.
Of course, in return, the company expects you to do the same and be a professional. I mean, I or anyone would want you to be sincere and deliver on the commitments. What’s more, Publicis Sapient Gurgaon work culture is highly performance-driven. The company expects you to deliver results, and they will give you everything you require in return. That’s not too much to ask for. The performance here doesn’t mean delivering work in time or just meeting a deadline but bedazzling your stakeholders and achieving results for clients. At Publicis Sapient Gurgaon, I have delivered some of the best ad campaigns for brands and that wouldn’t have been possible without the culture here.
