 I am working in Publicis Sapient Gurgaon for the last three years as Senior Associate Technology L2. During my tenure, many friends have inquired about job security and career growth in Publicis Sapient.


I am sharing my experiences related to hiring and job security in this

  1. I was a contract hire when I joined Publicis Sapient three years back. I had two years of Java programming experience in a previous organization when I got the offer to work in Publicis Sapient. My job interview was swiftly completed within a week and I had a pleasant hiring experience.
  2. I had a drive for continuous learning three years back, so I was determined to upskill myself on emerging technologies. My manager took note of training and certifications done proactively and appreciated me in feedback meetings.
  3. My contract has been renewed two times with a 10% salary hike, which is good for me. My manager renews the contract of all team members every December, so I never had to worry about job security.
  4. Some of my colleagues are working in Publicis Sapient for more than 6 years, while my project manager is working in Publicis Sapient for the last 10 years. They provide occasional mentorship on how to survive in the corporate world in general and grow technically.
  5. During my tenure here, I have never observed any employee getting fired in the team so far! So, all my initial doubts regarding job security have vanished after working with Publicis Sapient.
