How to effectively communicate in written conversations | A short Publicis Sapient Bangalore Feedback

Workplace communication is an important skill that everyone should know to survive in the professional world. Today I am writing a short Sapient Bangalore feedback to give you some examples related to workplace communication and tell how it is helpful.

Here is what works for me:

  1. Email discussions work best: When dealing with clients, always try to communicate on official channels instead of WhatsApp chat for major changes. While working in the PS Marketing team, I have observed that sometimes clients change their requirements before delivery on WhatsApp chat and want confirmation for it. In such scenarios, my Manager has told us to take the discussion on formal email for future reference. Because of that email thread, we can justify our work later.
  2. Write Minutes of Meeting (MoM) wherever possible: Make it a practice to write down MoM after team meetings whenever possible. This practice removes ambiguity for future reference for all team members. Sometimes, I forget the requirements discussed verbally a week back, referring to MoM saves a lot of trouble at that point.

These are my observations and learnings. If you have some Sapient Bangalore reviews to share on the topic, I would love to hear them.
