A Publicis Sapient review on a career growth path of a Senior Associate

Have you searched for job vacancies recently to measure your current worth in the IT industry?

Many people with 10+ years of work experience ponder what to do next as they become habitual in their current skill set. Working in a similar domain with technical skills leads to monotony in work. At this time, people often look for mentors or role models whose guidance they can follow and reach the top in their careers.

In this post, I am showcasing a career path chosen by a person as an example.

Today, I am telling you a story of a Publicis Sapient Bangalore employee who joined the organization as a Senior Associate five years back.

Meadha Batra is a 12-year experienced IT professional who joined Infosys as a fresher. She started her journey with Publicis Sapient (formerly SapientRazorfish) as a Senior Associate in a Data Analytics project in 2017.

Since joining PS, her role has transformed where she has emerged from the data analytics domain to Data Scientist. She was recognized as one of the ‘Emerging Leaders in AI’ at 3AI Pinnacle Awards 2022. Several employees have created a growth story for themselves. In fact, Publicis Sapient offers excellent growth and learning opportunities to its employees.

A glimpse into her technical skills and educational qualifications:

She is skilled and certified in Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Science and Data Analysis. She is a B.Tech graduate with MBA in Marketing, Strategy & Analytics. She also got promoted as a Manager in PS recently.

In concluding the above post, remember that everyone has a different skill set, education, aptitude and personality. The above career path is a reference to choosing wisely. Your growth plan is unique to you: you learn, unlearn and grow in a job, and achieve specialization and position through targeted learning.
