Work-life balance will depend on your technical knowledge and skills mapping with the project assigned. If you are hired for a Data Science project and this is your first Data Science practical experience, then you may face challenges initially. This is true for other IT companies like TCS as well.

For people who are well-versed in their technical skillset, work will be easy with a lot of leisure time.

They seem to have multiple openings in projects this year, as I consistently view job openings in different domains.

For health benefits, let me tell you a story about a woman employee who joined Publicis Sapient in February, 2021 and had left the world due to the COVID pandemic in April, 2021.
