1. Cool office infrastructure: Publicis Sapient’s office in Sector 21, Gurgaon is part of IT Techspace. The office is spread across multiple floors and towers for different departments. Some facilities include ergonomic seating space, colorful breakout areas with coffee machines and vending machines. The food court in Techspace is cool, has many food brands and cuisine options to choose from.
2. Team Parties: We have different team engagement activities like town hall meetings, team lunches or full-day activities in nearby resorts. In 2019, we had a team Rangoli competition, best bay decoration and musical games. I liked the overall ambience and enthusiasm at that time and still cherish that day’s memories. It feels great to be part of an organization where all people come together to have fun on regular office days along with team activities.
